Welder

Our customer located in the West Island of Montreal is looking for an experienced Welder.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Read blueprints and drawings and take measurements to plan layout and procedures,

Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements,

Setting up components for welding according to specification,

Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.

 

Requirements:

 

Minimum one year experience as welder,

This job required the use and knowledge of all TIG, STICK and MIG, in all metals Steel, Stainless and Aluminum,

Experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws, squares, calipers etc.),

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

 

Location: Montreal West Island,

Language: Preferably Bilingual, English/ French

Diploma: AEC or DEP

Salary:  $20-$24/hour depending on experience

Shift: Daytime 8am- 4pm
