PLC Programmer

Our customer is looking for a PLC Programmer for its factory located in the West Island.

 

Coupled with a minimum of 2-3 years working in the field, our successful candidate will be an expert in programming PLC automated machines. Experience with Omron and Allen Bradley automation systems is an asset.

The PLC Programmer is responsible of planning, developing and testing the PLC programs for the machinery manufactured and sold by the company,

Debug and test new or modified PLC programs - Develop creative solutions,

Work as part of a team including mechanical, electrical and automation engineering along with the project managers,

Write PLC and HMI programs for new designed automatic machines,

Must be organized, result oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.

 

Location: Montreal West Island

Language: Preferably Bilingual, English/ French

Diploma: DEP Electromechanic /Automation Systems

Salary:  $25-$35/hour depending on experience

Shift: Daytime/permanent
